For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, except in the case of faulty items. If you have any concerns, please email us and we will address them accordingly.

• Must be unworn, unused, with original packaging and labels. Please save the shipping bags as it will help us lodge complaints with our logistics providers.

• Photos for verification is required.
